There are some companies that offer what I guess is L3 Line bonding. It tends to be pretty specialized and expensive and somewhat of a last resort when your ISP can't offer a native (L2?) bonding solution or simply a faster connection. There's also cheap solutions like "speedify" that offer this.
I'm wondering if this is a proprietary technology or if there's some kind of VPN server I can deploy myself in a datacenter that will act as a VPN endpoint to bond 2 or more internet connections. (and provide a routable IPv4 to the pair of links acting as 1)
It seems stupid and clunky on the surface but to be frank if both "unlike" ISPs peer together at the same IX it might even be possible to do this without adding (much) latency.
