Iam a network engineer with 7+ yrs of exp. I have worked in 5 different projects (mostly maintenance projects for clients of my organization). I had gained lot of knowledge in my earlier projects however i am unable to recollect most of them now as i don't use those concepts in my current project. So i feel efforts of those years are not helping me now. Even though i have 7 yrs exp on paper, i can only recollect knowledge gained in last 1 to 2 years. Iam wondering is there any way we can ensure the knowledge we gain on different technologies over several years can be recollected or referenced several years later even if we don't use those technologies currently?
