I work at a MSP and I have had several security companies want to run an external pen test on my Palo Alto's as requested by my clients. They always say it looks like nothing is listening on those IP's, can you whitelist us. Am I missing something here? I have the PA's locked down and they shouldn't see anything responding/listening.
