Cisco 2911 not working with Dell S4048 ?

Could I please have some thoughts on this one?

Cisco 2821 (ISP managed) connects to Dell S4048 with a 1Gb copper sfp. This port is on a vlan along with a HA pair of PA-850's, also connected via copper SFP.

From my laptop, also connected directly to S4048, on a server vlan (PA-850 is the gateway), I can ping the Cisco's LAN interface (10.10.20.4).

When the Cisco 2821 is swapped out for a new Cisco 2911 (Also ISP managed, they have put the same config on it) I can no longer ping the LAN interface (10.10.20.4).

If I connect laptop directly to the 2911 it is pingable.

Any idea's what I should be looking at? There was nothing interesting in the S4048 logs. Interface was up and could see router's MAC address.
