Cisco RV320 GW to GW VPN, can't ping anything.

What am I doing wrong.....

I have a GW to GW set up. Status is connected. Local subnet is 10.10.0.0/24 connected to 10.238.0.0/15.

Routing table has the entries tied to our GW, etc. I can connect but I cannot ping any device, nor connect to anything.
Using the router diagnostics, I cannot ping their GW, but I can connect to it..... what am I doing wrong here.?
