What is your public IP PAT policy?

We've had a couple of abuse issues triggering captcha for everyone behind a single address, thinking about breaking out guest wifi and other un-managed devices to their own PAT.

Is all your outbound v4 PAT'd out a single address, or shared amongst a pool of addresses? Aside from dual-stack/v6, what's the best approach to mitigating IP-based reputation issues?
