Had an ASR9K give this error message:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Sep 4 16:55:20.027 : FABMGR[222]: %PLATFORM-FABMGR-2-FABRIC_SPINE_FAULT : 0/RSP0/CPU0 (slot 4) encountered fatal fabric fault. Standby is not ready so no recovery action taken. Please investigate
