seeing alot of traffic port TCP 445 and UDP 137

Hello ,

im on a windows network and my UTM appliance is blocking alot of traffic from the inside network going out to the internet. The traffic is SMB TCP 445 and UDP 137 . Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on ?

Everything seems to be working .
