Old printer is being a pain in the ass to hook up to the Network. Tried a bunch of things, feeling inadequate now.

So this sad panda once had access to the webgui interface on this printer I need to set up for a new business. I never got scanning to work 100% in the last place, and it's already a finicky machine, but I got paid to do a job, and goddamnit, I need this printer to scan effortlessly for these people. I need some help!

So far, I tried logging in from my broweser, setting the IPv4 address and logging. I got in from a different computer once on its' mac address, and the networked (shared) folders I set up on 2 of the computers on this network aren't showing up on the other computers. I feel like I'm WAY out of my league here, and I'm sure this is simple shit to ya'll. But idk where else to go.
