Hey there,
Finally landed my first networking job, in a firm specialising in Avaya, lots of IP Office and IP/Digital phone gear, I've been given an IP Office 500 v2, 2 IP Phones, 2 Digital Phones, a PoE switch and a Digital expansion board. Any hints/tricks for a newbie? From my inital messing around in the console it looks very cisco-like, but we do most of our configs via a Controller server so I don't expect I'll be in the CLI much.
I'm new to VoIP really, but I have a basic grasp on SIP trunking and H.323 etc. Excited to get my hands dirty with some proper gear!
Cheers, jackoman03
