We are starting a small isp and just hooked up ourselves as the first customer. Email starting being rejected pretty much immediately after I swapped us over due to lack of reverse dns. My searching about reverse dns brings up a million articles about individuals trying to set it up but I dont see much about the ISP side. Except what arin has.
I have a domain name registered with hover, I have a /21 public block, and I have access to our ARIN portal. Now what? I contacted hover and they said that they cannot do reverse dns and that I needed to find someone else. Can you help me with what I am looking for?
