How to get over the fear of doing change in production?

Working in an enterprise, I always feel anxious and stressed about doing a change. I'm always worried that I have overlooked something or that I don't have the knowledge to fix if something breaks. I don't want to keep nagging the senior engineers for every tiny doubt that my google-fu doesn't answer immediately.
