Home WiFi setup, uap vs airport.

So I currently have a edgerouter as router, but need 2 or 3 APs. All APs will be hardwired to the router. I now I have two options, AirPort Extreme and unifi uap ac pro/HD.
I don’t have much devices, probably around 30-40 devices spread across 3 floors and most of them are smart home/speaker devices so they stays idle most of the time.
The main devices are couple iMacs, MacBooks, iPads and iPhones (I know I’m Apple heavy...). I have both 3x3 and 2x2 devices. And I got gigabit internet so faster WiFi definitely helps.

Any advice which one I should choose? Thanks.
