VPN to Netextender server not working cause of Mikrotik

Hello everybody,

Im new to mikrotik and already have a "situation". Ill try to explain it now.

WAN > Mikrotik (with public IP) > LAN

We have L2TP VPN server set on Mikrotik and its working good.

The problem is when we try to connect to our clients VPN with Netextender. Connection is successful i can ping one out of 2 routes that show in Netextender but nothing else works. On the top of that when we try to use SmartGit to pull some code from our client ping stops working too.

Colleague took his laptop home and tried from there. Everything worked fine.

My question is, am I missing some settings on our Mikrotik? I can provide more info about current MT settings if needed.
