Beginner to wireshark and tshark

So I have a mac and tshark makes no sense, I finally get the tool to respond "tshark -v" and im tryning to find the dns query for odu.edu but everything ive looked online isnt helping

Im currently taking classes for cyber security and the teacher just tossed us in with the sharks, its not really learning its, if you cant do this drop my shit,

can someone help me out lol

what code should I use to get the dns query for odu.edu and "Visiting a safe HTTP site. And use tshark to capture the whole process. Filter and save the HTTP traffic to my local machine"
