Cisco AP with buggy image - any way to rescue the poor thing?

So I played the update lottery and lost.

I tried to update our Mobilty Express from 8.3.102 to 8.3.150 (and then to 8.5.161 as that is the last release for our old 3602).

That went fine for our 1832 but the 3602 didn't take the update too kindly. When they boot they report a few missing radio files and then

Unexpected exception to CPUvector C00, PC = 12D2078

and

Exception (C00)! System Call

and crash.

Is there any way to put a working image on those APs?
